Course Description:

The Self Defense for Security Personnel course provides essential skills for surviving an encounter with a potential adversary or aggressor. This intense one-day program examines the dangers that security officers face and presents simple yet highly effective techniques for defense during an attack. This course will help students to defend themselves during hand to hand combat as well as hand to weapon contact. This course also examines the role of weapons as a last-resort for officers.

Please note: This course combines classroom excercises and real world excercises. Students may be exposed to challenging scenarios that will test their mental, physical, and emotional readiness.

Students who pass the course will be issued a certificate and proof of successful completion.

Students are required to bring a picture ID with them to class. PLEASE DRESS IS COMFORTABLE CLOTHES THAT ALLOW YOU TO MOVE FREELY!

To enroll in a PSI Training "D" license course, complete and submit the following form or call PSI at (813) 932-8752. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent by email. You do not need to be registered as a site user to complete and submit this form.

PAYMENT NOTICE:  Payment is due on the first scheduled day of the class. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and money orders. We do NOT accept personal checks. Please call at least 24 Hours in advance to cancel your registration. If you fail to attend your scheduled class or give less than 24 Hours notice we will charge you credit card a $25.00 non-refundable cancelation fee.
