INTRO TO SELF DEFENSE
 

Course Description:

PSI offers an introductory course to self defense techniques.

Students will learn:
Mindset of self defense
Basic Self Defense techniques
Physical Fitness

This course is offered as a program. Students are encouraged and recommended to come to multiple sessions. Students will also have physical fitness along with defense techniques. This is an introductory course so students can easily pick up at any point in the program. Students will be issued a certificate of proof of successful completion after three months of continued attendance.

$70.00 per month (allows student to attend as many classes as they choose each month)

Payment is due on the first day of class. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, & Company Checks. No personal checks will be accepted.

Required Material:
It is recommended that students bring comfortable clothes that provide ease of mobility.

To enroll in a PSI Training "D" license course, complete and submit the following form or call PSI at (813) 932-8752. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent by email. You do not need to be registered as a site user to complete and submit this form.

PAYMENT NOTICE:  Payment is due on the first scheduled day of the class. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and money orders. We do NOT accept personal checks. Please call at least 24 Hours in advance to cancel your registration. If you fail to attend your scheduled class or give less than 24 Hours notice we will charge you credit card a $25.00 non-refundable cancelation fee.

Credit/Debit Card - Your card will not be charged unless you fail to attend your registered class or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If you fail to cancel or provide 24 hours notice, your card will be charged $25.00. If you do not have a credit or debit card you can still register, but we do reserve the right to bill you the $25.00 for failure to cancel or provide 24 hours notice.
